Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unworn. To start a return, please contact us at hello@daisychainshop.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
